Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the package and product if applicable. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. HG Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled or modified before they have been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Returns
For safety, quality control, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or unopened products.
